ECOLOGICAL EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE ARBEQUINA FROM MURCIA
Is characterized by having a delicate oily structure. Its olives are small and rounded that originates from the Catalan area. Though the production comes from a large area Jaén.
The oil stands out by its fluidity, sweetness and fresh taste left in the mouth. The itching and bitterness is almost imperceptible. When smelling, we perceive an intense green fruity with notes of almond, banana and apple.
AN IDEAL MARRIAGE
The nuances of sweetness and its own fluidity make the olive oil ideal for preparation of sauces, such as mayonnaise or aioli, seafood or fish dressings, vinaigrettes, cold creams and for salads with a lot of flavour like the fruit salads, orange, pineapple, etc.
On the other hand, the absence of bitterness and itchiness make this oil suitable for baking, elaboration of sweets, especially cakes, biscuits and even for bases of pizza or empanadas.
Possibly it variant is one of the less stable oils with a shorter lifespan, but it has a great flavour that is rarely surpassed. Equally, it highly recommended to keep it in a cool place and away from sunlight.
